Amitie 9 patch done...

Some nice person bought me this quilt kit form Amitie. Bernadette quilted it with fans. I decided with all the left overs I try my hand at a coin stack for the backing. My bamboo ladder is now over flowing with quilts... I'm not complaining..

Quilt in a day complete....

A very fun quilt to make. The majority in a day. I used scraps for the borders on the front and in the middle on the back. It used a charm pack and jelly roll from the Flutterby by tula pink range. Rupert really wants my attention today. Can you tell?

Bernadette quilted Dragonfly's over it. So cute and perfect.

A late Birthday Present..

I loved this fabric the moment I saw it at Textile traders in Perth. The faces on these hula girls freak me out in a good way. So I used it to make a Emmeline Apron for a close friend. It's reversible with bright matching stripes on the reverse side.

Duckies and froggies and fish.... and a few bees..

The majority of this stitchery was done in a hotel room in a very cold Wellington. Wellington really reminds me of San Francisco with all the hills and beautiful houses. I can't wait to go in Summer though.
